Salon Policies

Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to review our salon policies.
Hair Extensions Policy
A consultation is required to book an appointment for extensions. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required, which will go towards the cost of the service.
No Show
Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged. This fee must be paid before you can book another appointment. - To book for a later date, a card must be kept on file.
Late Appointment
Policy
If you are 15-30 minutes late, please notify us via text or phone call. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. For a later date and a 50% charge of the service will be applied at your next appointment.
First-Class
Policy
We want this to be a relaxing experience for you.....While we love your littles, High Tide Salon & Suites is a “kid free zone” - unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
